In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our practice continues to meet the legal and long term care planning needs of our community’s older adults and their families.  We have taken careful steps to reduce risk when meeting with our clients as they are more vulnerable to the virus. Our meetings now take place via a secure, remote meeting platform, Zoom.  We are also able to provide phone conferences with clients. We have options for safely executing documents, and our firm has added additional ways to deliver paperwork to our building.

If you or a loved one would like to update your estate planning documents, please contact our office at (865) 588-3700 to book a time convenient for you.

Drop off–During business hours, we have a metal drop box located outside our door where you can leave documents.  Please label your items with the client’s name and enclose documents in a folder or envelope or paperclip them together.

Email–You may prefer to email forms to our office.  If you have a home scanner, this may be a preferred option for you.  If you have a smartphone, you can download a free scanning app like “Genius Scan.” This app creates a pdf of your document by taking a picture and then giving you a prompt to email the scanned document.
